Not great. Pretty typical for a one dish mexican recipe, but didn't really like the egg/sour cream glue layer pasted to the soggy tortilla layer. And the cheese over top of the crushed chips just kind of welded them together into a chewy layer on top. Much prefer the Chiliquila recipe here for an easy one pan meal.

Good recipe. I followed a previous review and cooked it on the stove top and then in the oven for about 40 mins at 200c.

All these ingredients are familiar ones for Ameri-Mexican foods, so there was no shock here. I used my stovetop instead of the microwave and then baked it during church (about 1 1/2 hours) at 200 so it would be ready for the potluck lunch afterwards. There were no leftovers to take home! So I'd give it 5 stars except that I changed how I did it (no microwave) and also used yogurt with a couple teaspoons of cornstarch to keep it from separating while baking (instead of sour cream). I thought it tasted good, and I guess everyone else did too.

The last Microwave I would leave it in less than 10 minutes. Other than that it was great. Easy and in the Microwave.

This is excellent! I didn't have any corn chips or monterey jack cheese so I used Dorito chips and cheddar. Will definately make this again. Thanks for the recipe.

This tortilla casserole tastes great, plus it's really easy and is all done in your microwave. It turns out nice and spicy, so temper it to your tastes. My family loved it.
