Tortellini Soup III

"I love this simple cheese tortellini soup. It's great for the cool, bitter evenings of Fall, and is easy to do! Husbands can surprise their wives by cooking dinner one night. I just hope you try this and review it so I can find out how your family liked it. Enjoy!"

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) package prepared cheese tortellini, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives
  • salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water and chicken broth to a boil. Mix in the cheese tortellini, chives and salt. Cook 10 minutes, until the tortellini floats to the top.
