I think after tinkering with this recipe it will be great. Just a little to "heavy cream" tasting for me. Great starting point though!

I love love love this dish. And so does my family, from age 3.5 to 52. My super picky dad and 9 yr old daughter absolutely love it. Although I did not add the ham or peas both times I made it, it was still very tasty with just mushrooms (the first time) and tonight I added leftover cooked chicken yummy. So going to make this again......

I made this with canned alfredo sauce and it still tasted great! Only had a little ham left so added bacon. Also put a lot more pepper in it. I would recommend that the onions, ham, and bacon are cut in small pieces (otherwise they're kinda distracting) and bigger tortellini is definitely better than small ones for this sauce.

So fast and easy....I added some minced garlic to the onions in the skillet and a bit more black pepper. Everyone loves this!

This was such a cinch to make! Since I'm not a fan of ham, I added about a half pound of fresh cooked shrimp (tails cut off) instead of the ham - big hit with the shrimp!! Also had some leftover cooked asparagus and added that at the end with the shrimp. Also I used the whole pint (2 cups) of whipping cream since I added the asparagus and extra shrimp so it was nice and creamy. Plenty of leftovers too which we enjoyed the next day. Anyway, absolutely delish and look forward to making this recipe again!

I made this dish for my boyfriend who loved it. I used a package of pre-cooked bacon instead of ham because I was serving this as a side dish. It was very easy to make and my sweetie is still raving about this dish and says he can't wait for me to make it again. I will definitely be making this dish again and again.

All in all this dish wasnt bad. But it wasnt anything fantastic either. When I had a hard time to get the Parmesan to melt ad blend in. Maybe I need to cook it longer or something.
