Great Chocolate taste. Very moist. I used the smaller box of instant pudding and it turned out awesome. Will make again.

I made these as cupcakes & they turned out great! I didn't change anything in the recipe & baked for about 17 mins. I made them w/ a chocolate buttercream icing from this site -- and have to say that they were better w/ just a dusting of powdered sugar. My oldest son had 3 - THREE!!! - of these & would have had a fourth if I had let him...and he doesn't even really like sweets!

I could live on chocolate, really, but this cake gave me a run for my money. Very rich and delicious. I also made "easy chocolate bundt cake glaze" and was incredible. Not the healthiest, of course, but it does chocolate cake right.

Everyone loved this cake. It was moist, and very chocolatety. One of those cakes you say, "got milk". When it was refrig. you can have a little crunch from the chocolate chips. It was very good and I'd make this cake again.

Fabulous recipe! I would also substitute strong brewed coffee for the water to intensify the flavor!

Outstanding. Moist and perfectly chocolately. Definitely use the previous tips-- cut to 1/2 cup of oil, add 1/3 cup of milk, use mini-chips and cut that to 1-1/4 cups. I dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled some fudge sauce over it just for appearance, but it would've been equally good as is!

This is possibly the best chocolate cake I've ever made or eaten. Wow! It is so easy to make and so incredibly moist! I made it for a group of 120 high school students and they (and their teachers) couldn't stop talking about it. Instead of using a bundt pan I made it in a 9x13 and used the Easy Chocolate Bundt Cake Glaze from this site. I will be making this cake over and over again!

This is THE BEST cake recipe I now have! I know it by heart, and don't change a thing. Perfection. I make it in a Bundt pan, and sprinkle confectioner's sugar on the top. Absolutely perfect! I love that it's ready to pop in the oven by the time the oven is preheated. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely delicious! I am a chocoholic and this definitely hit the spot! Not too sweet, loved the chips throughout the cake - a little burst of chocolate surprise with every bite. Used the Satiny Chocolate Glaze (doubled the recipe) and ended up with a very elegant cake - did not taste like a boxed mix at all. Paired with a glass of milk and I think I've died and gone to heaven! Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

I made this cake twice in two days. The second one I took to my daughter's office to win her some friends, and it did the trick! It took an hour to bake it, both times, but it was not overdone. I tried it with creamy chocolate frosting but want to do a white vanilla icing next time.

OH MY GOSH! This cake is to die for. It is soooooooo moist! It doesn't even need frosting. I just sprinkled some powered sugar on top. Let it sit in the bundt pan for awhile before flipping it over. I left it in for at least an hour, although I did take a knife and run along the edges right after I removed it from the oven. Definitely a keeper! Excellent cake!

This was very moist and chocolatey. Served at Jean's baby shower 9/08. Make sure to bake it long enough.
