"A delightful wasabi dressing that I whipped up for coleslaw for Memorial Day but could be used in a vast variety of creations. If you want to increase the heat, add more wasabi or add red chili flakes. This can be used as a dressing, marinade, or dip. The possibilities are endless. Fish tacos, anyone?"

i liked this, but left out the peanut butter, and increased the soy sauce. I use this sauce for ahi tuna
Delicious, well balanced goodness. I put mine over undressed coleslaw and they went very well together.
Wonderful!! Just enough zip to it without being burning. Of course the wasabi can be adjusted to suit the eaters tastes.
