Not a bad dish per say but the combination of parsley and tomato seemed a bit off. I'd suggest using basil leaves and topping it off with some chunks of fresh mozarella or feta.

I liked it! I don't like the texture of parsley but have been getting bunches of it in my CSA share, so I really needed a way to use a lot of it while eliminating the texture problem. I substituted onion for the chives and I used way too much onion, but next time I'll tone it down. Thank you!
