I doubled this recipe, using huge beefsteak tomatoes. I didn't have plain yogurt or cider vinegar, so I used sour cream and plain vinegar. Very, very good. And also very quick to prepare. Even my two boys inhaled this. Thanks!

I tried this on myself first, thank goodness! Basil and garlic team up better with olive oil than yogurt and vinegar, in my opinion. Sure was easy and pretty though.

YUM! Fresh, tangy, delish. I am always looking for new ways to "dress up" fresh tomatoes, and this one is a winner for me!

Not a taste that I would put on tomatoes.
