extra-virgin olive oil
garlic, thinly sliced
2 (15 ounce) cans
cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups
cherry tomatoes, halved and seeded
freshly ground black pepper to taste

I like this although I added a shallot and some fresh basil.
This was a great recipe. Simple, quick and full of flavor!
