Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) package DOLE® Organic Spring mix with Herbs or Baby Lettuces
  • 1 cup yellow and red pear or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 1/2 ounces prosciutto, chopped
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, drained and torn into bits or regular mozzarella cheese, cut into julienne strips
  • 1 cup sliced DOLE® Red Onion
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup prepared balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Directions

  1. Combine salad blend, tomatoes, prosciutto, cheese, onion and croutons in large bowl.
  2. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss to evenly coat.
