This was very good. It was a little too salty so next time I'll use no salt and lite soy sauce. I used sirloin steak cut in very thin strips. I added mcormick steak seasoning, so this also could have played a part with the salt issue. I only cooked the meat for 20 minutes instead of 55 min. and the meat was very tender. Everything else stayed the same. Thanks for the recipe. I'll use this again for sure.
