This is a good way to use up tomatoes. I think I would add a bit of chicken (even breaded and cut-up) or something. I think we over did it on the garlic, too, but that's not the recipes fault, as we added more than called for.

This is perfect for using up tomatoes. Easy, quick and tasty is exactly right. I added some crumbled cooked bacon and it was a perfect dinner for one. My garlic was not so fresh any longer so it was a bit pungent, but thats not the recipes fault. I will definitely make this again!

Fast and easy! Added some basil and used 2 tomatoes instead of 1 with only 3/4 cup of pasta. Will definitely make again.

Tastes just like we made it at home. Love it! Try subsituting goat cheese for parmesan and basil is a great addition.

Thank you so much Rebecca for helping me make an excellent meal when I only had two garden tomatoes left! My family raved about this meal. The only things I did diferently was adding 1 teaspoon of basil and oregano and I used 2 tomatoes instead of one. Thanks a bunch!! :)
