Very nice. I used Zesty V-8. This was a nice dressing to toss with cooked whole wheat pasta, fresh zucchini, tomatoes and cukes. I think if I were to make this again, I'd like to try it without the sugar and a little more herbs or thicken it up with a little cornstarch slurry as it's thin, but it's tasty as is.
