Pretty good if I might say. I haven't cooked eggs in a long time so when I prepared this today, it turned out well. It tasted good and it really finished very quickly =) I skipped the onions though...

This was fast and easy to prepare, and very delicious. I only changed one thing: rather than serving it over toast, I served it over a tortilla that I heated in just a tiny bit of olive oil until just crispy. Very flavorful.
