This was a very good recipe. I did take the suggestions of others, and here is what I did: 1- I used chicken tenders and marinated them overnight in olive oil and Italian seasoning. 2- I cut the breadcrumb/Parmesan cheese mixture in half and only used one egg. 3- I did not pan fry before baking, I added melted butter to the breadcrumb mixture before coating the chicken. 4- I baked for 30 min (350*), then topped w/ mozz cheese for the last 5 min and broiled until the breading and cheese were golden. This resulted in a crispy crust w/o needing to pan fry. I recommend this recipe and will make it again.

This was alot like a erecipe I got from watching Rachel Ray. I did pound the chicken down, other than that I didn't change a thing. My fiance' loved this and asks for it often. A great, easy delicious recipe. You can't go wrong with this one.

Absolutely delicious! As suggested, I added the cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking. Thanks so much for the recipe! ;0)

So easy and yummy. I used mozerrella to melt over it and put it under the broiler for 3 minutes at the very end to make a beautifal presentation. I also took the advice of beating the chicken down flatter with a rolling pin in a plastic bag first to ensure it was cooked more even. mmm mmm. will make again

so simple but bland.I think the prego jarred sauce ruined it for me. I think next time I'd either find a better jarred sauce or make my own. Family was just picking at it. Wasn't that great.

This recipe is absolutely the best! The only suggestion i would make is to add more pasta sauce to the recipe if you want to use some sauce to put over noodles. I also took the advice of other reviewers and put about 3/4 of the sauce on the bottom of the pan and the rest over the chicken once it's in the pan. Then i put the cheese on top. (i used mozzarella to better suite our tastes!) Very yummy!

This is an easy and delicious Chicken Parm recipe! I cut the recipe in half and pounded out the chicken breast halves to ½ inch. I also used a combination of mozzarella and provolone cheese rather than the monterey jack- A trick I use for getting the cheese perfect and bubbly is turning the broiler on with about 2 minutes cooking time left- the cheese gets perfectly golden and bubbly! I served with whole wheat pasta and a salad of mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette. My hubby frequently requests this recipe and the leftovers never last very long in our house!

Very tasty! I added some garlic & salt to give it additional flavor & used mozz. cheese instead. Serving over pasta makes a great meal. I'm going to try baking my chicken instead of frying to be healthier & quicker. YUMMY!

This is by far the best Chicken Parmesan I have ever had!! I made my own breadcrumbs and added plenty freshly ground pepper as well as Italian Seasoning. Commercial bread crumbs scare me with all the additives. I pounded the chicken before seasoning and frying which I find to be very important! I used a sun dried tomato sauce (Classico) and topped with Monterey Jack cheese the last five minutes in the oven. Don't put the cheese on for the full twenty minutes! Mmmmmm, the chicken was so flavorful and juicy. Will most certainly make this again and again! Thanks for the recipe!

My husband told me that this was better than Olive Garden! This is the second time I made this recipe and it was much better than the first time. I did pound the chicken a little so it'd cook more evenly. Also, I marinated the chicken in a little oil and McCormick's garlic and herb seasoning. This gave the chicken added flavor (the first time it just tasted like bland chicken). It was so easy to make this and we'll definitely make it again!
