Taste resembles pizza, somewhat:) The cheese mixture stays kind of runny tho, which makes it messy to eat. Maybe after being refrigerated overnight, that'll change, but it was a knife & fork "snack" bread tonight. I used 1 huge tomato & it was plenty.

I made a half recipe of this. The big thing for me was the amount of crust. I made a half recipe and it was enough to cover the bottom of a regular size loaf pan. I would say if you are making this in a 13X9 pan, you may need to make 1 1/2 times or twice the crust in order to get the pan covered. Mine wasn't thick either.. I added in some roasted garlic to te mayo mixture. This was very tasty but the tomato taste wasnt very strong. next time I think I might increase the tomatoes or else add soem sun dried in with the fresh. I must admit I ate this cold.. tasted like cold tomato pizza.. mmmmmm
