good, quick and easy. I cut the tomatoes into thin wedges, and this salad takes all of 10 minutes (if that) to make before it's on the table. I left out the onions bc we don't like them raw and otherwise kept it the same. Thanks for the recipe!

I used red and yellow cherry tomatoes instead of Roma and red onions instead of green. Delicious!

This is such a great recipe to use when there are bountiful seasonal vegetables. I love foods with bursts of color, so I also added in chopped yellow and orange bell pepper, and chopped asparagus. Also used red onion instead of green per others' suggestions. And, per my own preference used kosher salt, then did the balsamic vinegar and oil to taste. Wonderful!

This is a wonderful summer salad. Perfect to make while everything is ripening in the garden. I've had a mozzarella version of tomato & basil salad but really enjoy the feta. My 9yr old daughter liked this salad too.

We had our friends come in from Boston and I made this salad just as the recipe calls and everyone loved it. Their daughter Urvi asked if she could have the rest as she just loved it. Thank you for a great tasting, easy to make salad.

My 6 year-old did all the chopping to make this (her favorite salad from the grocery store). We didn't have onions on hand so just skipped it. I didn't have fresh basil, only dried (I halved it) and it was still very good. Great simple recipe.

This was delicious just like I knew it would be!! I used a little less oil, more vinegar (both red wine and balsamic) red onions instead of green and added a can of rinsed black beans so we could eat it as a low calorie but satisfying salad for lunch! Amazingly fresh and yummy, perfect for summer! I'll be making this one again and again and might add some minced garlic next time.

Excellent recipe- it always goes over well. My SO doesn't like feta, so I substitute fresh mozzarella if she will be having any. Another note- if I'm using feta, I generally do not add it until shortly before serving.

I am in love with this salad. We have an abundance of cherry and grape tomatoes this time of year and we're all a little tired of them. I have made this salad at least five times in the last two weeks to use up our surpluss of tomatoes and it is absolutely delicious. I left out the olives since I'm not a fan but stayed true to the rest of the recipe. Definately a keeper!

Excellent! Happened to have a plethora of mixed cherry tomatoes on hand because of my garden so used a pint of those halved in place of 6 romas. Delicious, simple flavor perfect for summer entertaining. Thanks for sharing! I will be making this again as long as we have this abundance of tasty summer vegetable ingredients.
