It was OK, I liked it but I like cukes and tomatoes...definitely very easy to make. The family was so-so about it.

Excellent. I dressed the tomatos with the vinegar first to let it soak before adding anything else. I used baby tomatos and cut in half.

I enjoyed this, it had good flavor. I would make it when reday to serve, or at least wait to add the oil & vinegar as it got a bit mushy.
