This was great! I doubled the recipe and used 3 cloves of garlic, minced, and 1/4 cup of fresh chopped basil (so much better than the dried). I followed the rest of the recipe as written. Because my husband is not a tomato fan, I sprinkled Parmesan on the salmon before and after adding the tomato. 20 minutes was a little long for the salmon. 17 minutes in the oven and then broiling the top for a minute would be perfect next time. Make sure to sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the salmon beforehand. The garlic adds a nice touch to this dish and I would highly recommend it!
