Rich, dense, sweet and chocolaty, this pie has it all, and is a snap to whip up. All the ingredients for the filling go into one bowl: eggs, butter, sugar, flour, semisweet chocolate and pecans. Then simply stir it up, pour it into the crust, and bake it.

Pretend your making a batch of chocolate chip cookies, but with a bit more butter. Pour into a pie shell instead of plopping onto a cookie sheet, and you 've got this irresistibly sweet pie. Top with caramel and vanilla ice cream.

Gooey, sweet and wonderful, this oatmeal pie is hard to resist. Sugar, eggs, butter, cornstarch and oatmeal are combined, poured into a pie crust and topped with luscious, white coconut. Bake, cool and serve this mock-pecan pie with whipped cream.

Pretend you 're making a cake, pour the batter into a pie shell, top with chocolate frosting and nuts, and bake. That 's it. What a neat pie ...cake.

Maple Pecan Pie II

The home made pastry for this pie is quite wonderful. There 's sugar and an egg worked in, which makes the pastry sweet and very flaky. For the filling, there 's maple syrup, light and dark corn syrups, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla, and lots and lots of pecans.
