These were delicious! I have to admit I prefer whole wheat flour but my significant other likes white...so I used half whole wheat and other half I used white..To compensate for the heavyness of the wheat flour I separated the egg yolks from the whites and beat the egg whites until stiff...I folded them into the batter at the end.. pancakes turned out light and fluffy!

Excellent! Big, thick pancakes with a great flavor. I added a lot more blueberries because I needed to use them up.

Splendid! I didn't bother waiting the hour with the batter myself since it would have "spent" the baking powder but these were a real WINNER of a recipe in my house!

Overall, this recipe was DELICIOUS! I did make a few changes though. I increased the sugar to 1 Tablespoon. I also added 1/2 tsp of almond extract and some extra blueberries. My daughter said these were the best pancakes she has ever had!! This one is a keeper! Thanks for sharing Todd!

Totally bland flavor with frozen berries. Might be more flavorful with fresh ones.

We have these almost every sunday, they are fluffy and moist. I did make a few changes. I added one cup of fresh blueberries, and half a mashed banana (into the milk egg mixture). I don't wait the hour, cooked them all on a griddle set to 350-375. Makes about 12-14 smaller pancakes

This recipe is so easy you will never make pancakes from a box again. I found that adding frozen blueberries to the batter didn't add much taste. Instead I add a pinch of cinnamon, sugar and a few drops of almond extract to the pancake batter. Then after I cook the pancakes I top them off with fresh berries and maple syrup. Delicious!

These are the first pancakes I made that turned out! For some reason I could never make pancakes. Silly I know! These turned out great! They were thick and moist.

They had a slightly funny taste, but I think it may have been just because I didn't cook them long enough. I don't know. Otherwise these were super easy and super good!

I've made these pancakes twice so far and they have come out well, though I always need to add more milk than is indicated to get a good consistency. I wonder if the original intention was to have the flour measured after sifting which would account for why my batter is always too thick. I use an aluminum free baking powder and extra sugar to avoid the off taste that some have mentioned.

I like a sweeter taste. I'm thinking about soaking blueberries in sugar water before mixing them in. Great recipe, easy to make. Doesn't need to be set aside for an hour. Family LOVED it.

mmmmm! Just had to add a little more milk in the end to acheive the texture I like. We did not let it sit for the hour either. mmmmmm!

Great recipe! I like to mash the blueberries a little bit before folding them in so that I end up with bits and pieces of blueberry goodness in every bite. Yum!
