Really good and easy to make. I made one pancake, tasted it and it was bland so I added more sugar and some vanilla extract and it tasted great! I also did not wait one hour to cook.

I thought these were just okay. Not really outstanding in any way, and they weren't really light or fluffy. Didn't like the waiting time on them either.

These pancakes are the best! I use it as both blueberry pancakes and regular pancakes. I had some bananas left over so I diced them and added some toasted pecans. Yummy.

Very good pancakes and they adapt well to Gluten Free pancakes. I use fresh blueberries when I have them to cut prep time down. Or I sprinkle the frozen berries into the pancake as I cook them. Be gentle! Great pancakes!!

YUM! We used fresh blueberries and they were just as tasty. I think you could substitute any mix (bananas, chocolate chips, etc) into this recipe and it would be delicious.

Very good pancake, I put a 1 cup regular flour and a 1/4 cup wheat flour in them, turned out great, nice and fluffy, didn't have time to wait the whole hour but at twenty minutes they were still delicious!

These were just alright. Next time I think I'll make my regular pancake recipe and just put the blueberry sauce recipe over them.

I have made these as stated with the blueberries and they were awesome. My kids just inhaled them. I am currently making them without the blueberries but with mashed banana and cinnamon. Yummy! These are fluffy pancakes that remind me of the ones you get at the pancake houses. My kids love them and so do I....So good

Excellent! I made this with bananas instead of blueberries and didn't wait at all for the batter to rise - the pancakes were still fluffy. What I especially like about this recipe is the texture of the pancakes - they were study and didn't fall apart when I flipped them. They also turned a nice golden color.

They were good, but not very sweet, not much flavor. I liked the fresh blueberries for sure. Texture was good but only 3 stars b/c of lack of flavor. Maybe it's b/c I didn't have any syrup, who knows :)

I'll admit that I didn't wait at all before cooking- I had 5 hungry kids wanting to eat NOW! I made fairly small pancakes, but only got 9. I didn't think they were quite sweet enough, and I could really taste the baking powder. They're nagging me to make more, so I think I'll increase the sugar to a tablespoon and see if that helps.

I admit, these pancakes take a long time to make (considering the one hour wait), but they turn out so fluffy, so tasty, I am never using the instant mix again. all other recipes I tried turned out to have a strange aftertaste, but not these. I made them with blueberries and without, both times they turned out great.

My husband did not like the pancakes at all the first time I made them. The second time I made them neither my daughter or I cared for them.
