I just made these as I had fresh blueberries on hand REVIEWS were so high in praise I HAD TO make them even though I wanted to use the recipe on the side of the Buttermilk container. Mere Male said they were good - had sprinkled with sugar & wanted them again. ONLY change - I waited ONLY 40 minutes. For me - Great fluffy batter A bit Over Hyped Very similar to recipe - GOOD OLD FASHIONED PANCAKES minus the berries. Should you make them? ABSOLUTELY YES

THE BEST pancakes I have ever made! My husband and children raised their eyebrows and asked for many, many more! Definately double the recipe when making...there can never be enough of these. I also didn't wait very long to start cooking them, perhaps just 15 minutes. I would give 10 stars if I could. Gourmet all the way. :)

After reading all the great reviews I was expecting some fabulous blueberry pancakes with this recipe. But these weren't it. They were ok, but nothing special. I've had better.

These were good blueberry pancakes. I left the batter to rest while I ran DS to school and DH cooked them while I was gone- they were still fine without the rest, but I'd like to try them with the rest.

Very yummy! I wondered if the oatmeal would give them a funny texture, but you couldn't even tell. They came out very light and delicious!

Good recipe. I added the blueberries after the batter was in the pan (just sprinkled them in frozen) and it worked great.

Yum! I made a few changes -used 3 Tbsp Splenda instead of sugar, omitted the salt & used oil instead of butter. I also added a dash of cinnamon to the batter and didn't add the blueberries until I spooned the batter onto the griddle. I used the batter immediately (didn't wait the hour) and it resulted in a tender, fluffy pancake. Everyone loved them with a little butter, syrup & Grandpa added whipped cream.

Great pancakes! I seem to have a tendancy of now getting mine browned perfectly but good otherwise!

This makes a nice thick pancake, good for holding the blueberries. The flavor of the pancake is a little lacking.

I've been making flap jacks for years and this recipe is the best I've found on here in a while. We have a blueberry orchard so we are always looking to add berries to whatever we make. Thanks Todd, and got any more recipes?

These pancakes are AMAZING!!! I leave out the blueberries and add chocolate chips to mine, and I never set it aside for an hour. These are THE BEST pancakes I've ever had. So fluffy, yet dense. I don't even use syrup. Thank you, Todd!

These turned out great, my husband especially like them. I agree with the other reviews, the batter doesn't need to rest if you are short on time. They still turned out fluffy and tasty, thank you!

This is an awesome pancake recipe! I've made this at least 5 times since I found the recipe. I've only added blueberries once. I usually triple the recipe and freeze some pancakes for easy breakfasts later in the week. Yum!

I found these to be tasteless and dense! I used buttermilk instead of regular milk and added sugar - strange that the recipe didn't call for it. Anyway - BLAND and DENSE but these did make for a tall pancake.
