Love this recipe! I used whole wheat flour and soy milk instead though. (when using soy milk however, it seems to need alot more than the recipe calls for with reg milk, just add a little a time as mixing and find the consistency you want)

These are the fluffiest pancakes I have ever made. The batter comes out very thick, so the pancakes don't come out in a perfectly round shape, but they taste good. I do think they need either more salt or sugar. Not sure which. I will keep experimenting. I like that they are low in fat. I had been making another recipe from this site which called for a half cup of butter. That is way too much when you are trying to eat healthy. One comment about the recipe's cooking time: I have never had luck cooking pancakes on a high temperature. I find the outside is done, but he inside is raw. Therefore I always cook my pancakes at a lower eat, so the inside has more time to cook.

Thanks Tricia, this is just what I was looking for. Served these for breakfast in honor of Fourth of July with some blueberry syrup and they were DELICIOUS! I usually keep the leftovers for re-heating during the week in place of frozen storebought pancakes and waffles, but there was nothing left!

I have made these pancakes multiple times now - I always get rave reviews. I use frozen or fresh blueberries. I usually let the batter sit for a good hour..and I make sure to stir it as little as necessary..its fantastic.

Great! Although I, like others, thought it could be a tad sweeter. Next time I will add more sugar. And there WILL be a next time. :)

I loved this recipe! I cut it in half and still ended up eating it all in one sitting. I used fresh blueberries and only let the batter sit a half hour. I added an extra handful of berries. The brown sugar was a nice topping. I also used butter and powdered sugar which might help for those that think the recipe needs more sugar (it's like having icing on top of your pancakes).

Extremely delicious! I made these with fresh blueberries, and did let the batter set aside for an hour before making them. I also threw in a handful of mini chocolate chips I had laying around the pantry. Exceptionally fluffy and tasty! The thing I thought was super-special about these is that while most pancakes get unappetizing once they're cold, the leftovers to these tasted delicious cold. We ate them like cookies (sans syrup)!

The consistency was good, but there wasn't much flavor. I think more sugar and maybe a splash of lemon juice would work well with the berries.

Good pancakes. They are very light and fluffy. I used spelt flour flour and fresh blueberries. I also used vegetable oil and added a dose of vanilla. The family enjoyed them very much. I served with a homemade blueberry syrup, and a double recipe disappeared before the day was over.

Yum! The only change I made was to add a splash more milk; otherwise the batter was too thick to form a pancake. I have made these twice in one week. I will make them again!

I was looking forward to making these, based on the reviews, but for some reason mine came out gummy. They weren't light or fluffy as I expected. I didn't alter the ingredients because the reviews sounded so good. I wouldn't make them again.

This is so good! Light and fluffy. I'm used to plainer food so this worked well for me. For those of you who prefer more flavor, you might need to add more sugar or have it with syrup. I didn't have any blueberry so I just made it as it is without the berries. I paired the pancakes with strawberry reserve and coffee. So yum!!! My first time making pancakes and this is so easy. Next time I'll probably add some cinnamon.

These are famous for a reason -they are AWESOME! It was my 1st attempt at pancakes and I could not have been happier. I prepared the recipe as written, with the exception of the sugar- I added 1 Tbls and used canola oil for the melted butter. The results were light, fluffy and super delicious. Will make again and again and use this as a 'plain' pancake recipe as well. Thank you Allison/Todd, a keeper for sure!!!:)
