Great recipe!! Add 1/4 cup of "Likker" and soak overnite before roasting. Yahooo! Good stuff!

This is the best pumpkin seed recipe I've run across! We followed it exactly, but after an hour I bumped it up to 350 for another 12 minutes. Perfection!

Very tasty....and addictive! I did stir them around about halfway through and raise the temp to 300. They were done in about 40-45 minutes! I didn't soak the seeds or anything...just made them as the directions said, and I thought the absorbed the flavor wonderfully! Thanks for the recipe!

I had never boiled/soaked seeds before, but followed recommendation found in reviews and it made a huge difference! The hull was no longer "icky" - it became crisp and crunchy. The flavor was subtle, not overpowering. Only baked about 30 min and they were ready!

Easy to prepare, easy to make. Excellent flavor. I have been requested to make this 'exact' recipe again this fall from our Halloween pumpkins as I did last season. Everyone who tasted them couldn't get enough of them! Five Stars!!!!!
