I made this two nights before serving it, to let the flavor really come through. It was wonderful. I used a combination of Kaluha and rum with a strong coffe/espresso mixture. I think the only thing I would change is to use more! I didn't have a springform pan, so I used a deep-dish pie plate. It worked out pretty well. The next time I make it though, I'll definitely get a springform!

I and everyone I have made this for LOVES this recipe! I have received many requests for this dessert. The only things that I always do differently is to let each of the two mixtures chill overnight, then re-fluff the whipped cream just before putting the cake together. And, I always use a spring-form pan, I like round cakes. :) Delish! Thanks!

One of the best...I doubled the coffee/liquor and used a combo of rum and kalhua. Great recipe!

This was the first time I've made tiramisu and I served it at dinner party we had tonight and it was a big hit! I didn't have any rum on hand but it still turned out delicious! Love it!

Great Dessert! Try combining some of the coffee/rum mixture into the marscopone/egg mixture instead of just drizzling it on the lady fingers. I found that this adds much more flavor to the dessert, and also it is not necessary to wait 24 hours to serve it. Delicious!

My husband and friends said this was the best tiramisu I have made to date. I did double the coffee and rum. I used raspberry flavored rum just for a little change and it was delicious if you like a hint of raspberry.

This was really exceptional and better than a lot of tiramisu I have had in restaurants! I followed the suggestion of others and doubled the coffee and liquor (I used both rum and kahlua). And, I substituted frozen pound cake for the ladyfingers, which is easy to find year-round. I served this to my family after about 48 hours, and it was great. I will definitely make this again!

I am not a huge fan of Tiramisu, but one of my good friends is so I decided to give it a try with this recipe for a work party. I don't usually bring "untested" recipes anywhere, but this one had such good reviews so I took a chance. I'm glad I did and I think so is everyone else. It came out AWESOME. I did double the coffee/liquor (a must) and I used Frangelica instead of rum. It was definitely a hit! Thanks so much!

Fantastic!! My daughter and I made this together and it was the best. It was hard to wait over night to try it, but we waited. I did double the coffee/rum mixture and it was just right as suggested by other reviews. The other thing I did was to add a little sugar to the whipped cream, maybe a little less than 1/4 cup. Will definitely make again!!

Fantastic!!! I followed suggestions and prepared it 2 days before hand. I also made the ladyfingers from a recipe found here. I only had 1/2 a pound of marscapone cheese, but it worked out just fine. No runniness either. I also used 3/4 cups of espresso & 6 tbsp of Bailey's Irish Cream 'Caramel flavour'. It was to die for. I also made this in my 9" springform pan.

Pretty close to popular restaurant tiramisu. I used soft ladyfingers and froze them a bit. That made them easier to work with during layering. I also used strong coffee with about 3 tablespoons of kaulua. I also added a touch more of sugar which nicely sweetened the marscapone. You could decrease the milk a bit which I think would make the dish set up a little better. The marscapone had a pudding like consistency instead of a custard consistency. Will definitely make this again, especially for a summer cookout.

Hand down, amazing!!! Such an easy recipe to follow and the taste is better than those you pay a fortune for at a restaurant! I didn't change a thing, except to be prepared to use a lot more coffee and personally I think using really strong coffee works the best to bring out the flavours. Fantastic recipe, worth your time!!

I made this recipe for Easter dessert - it was divine! I was busy and didn't get to go grocery shopping, so made do with what I had. I therefore substituted cream cheese for the marscapone, and used Irish Cream liqueur instead of rum. I did double the amount of coffee. It wasn't too sweet, as there was no sugar in the whipped cream nor the coffee. Delicious! By the way, the photo doesn't look like the finished product, as this is a layered dessert.

Yup, this was amazing. Just perfect. I used lady fingers one time and pound cake another time. I agree with everyone else about making extra of the coffee mixture...I quadrupled the mixture but still could've used more.
