This recipe combines the flavors of coffee and chocolate into an ice cream pie. For something different, try using coffee or chocolate chip ice cream in place of vanilla.

Fanciful and fruity, this pie begins with a chocolate cookie crust and gets more delicious by the layer. What follows are sliced bananas, strawberry ice cream, crushed pineapple, whipped cream and chopped nuts. Once this old-fashioned favorite is out of the freezer and ready to serve, it 's topped with maraschino cherries.

This pie is absolutely decadent. The crust is made with melted chocolate, butter and crispy rice cereal that 's stirred up and pressed into a 9-inch pie pan. Then it 's filled with scoops of vanilla, mint chocolate and strawberry ice cream. And for the grand finale, a fabulous chocolate topping is drizzled over the top.

Chocolate, strawberries and vanilla ice cream come together beautifully in this luscious frozen pie. The crumb crust made of chocolate wafer, walnuts and butter is pressed into a pie pan, filled with layers of softened vanilla ice cream and strawberries, and finished with clouds of freshly whipped cream.

This is a lovely frozen pie that layers crushed chocolate cookies with mint chocolate ice cream, and a drizzle of cr Eme de menthe. The delicious layers are then topped with whipped cream laced with more cr Eme de menthe. Freeze overnight and serve.

All you 'll need to make this lovely pie is a quart of your favorite ice cream, a baked graham cracker crust and a great ice cream scoop. If you want to get a bit fancy, you can choose three different flavors of ice cream and layer them in the crust. Or you can sprinkle honey-roasted peanuts into the ice cream and pour fudge sauce over it all.

Peanuts, butter and sugar are combined to make the pie crust. And more peanuts, coconut, corn syrup and peanut butter are folded into softened vanilla ice cream to make the filling. The pie is then frozen and, just before serving, it 's sprinkled with candy-coated chocolate candies.
