Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen sweetened strawberries
  • ORANGE LAYER:
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (3 ounce) package orange gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • LIME LAYER:
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lime gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in strawberries until thawed. Pour in an 8-in. square dish; refrigerate until set.
  2. Drain oranges, reserving juice. In a mixing bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water. Beat cream cheese and reserved orange juice; mix well. Fold in oranges. Pour over raspberry layer; refrigerate until set.
  3. In a bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pineapple; cool for 10 minutes. Carefully spoon over orange layer. Refrigerate until set.
