I made these cookies, but no one in my family liked them. Since there's no flour, the cookies were too moist and they were also too sweet and the tatse of peanut butter was too strong; Even my sister who is obsessed with PB hated them. Also, the recipe says to bake them for 6-8 minutes, but I had to bake them for 12 minutes just for the outside to harden a little bit. Overall this recipe was not that good. =(

I just had a craving for peanut butter cookies and these seems super easy...and they were. All I had to have were 3 ingredients! They tasted wonderful...my husband doesn't even normally like cookies and he like these a lot! I reccommend cooking them at least 12-15 minutes though or else they will be too mushy! I will definently be making these again!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised these cookies were so good. Gave 4 stars b/c they weren't the best we've ever had, but definitely would make again.

These are thick dense peanut butter cookies that are delish! Huge points in my family that has allergies to wheat and milk too! I rolled dough into balls, used fork to compress, baked for 8 min. in convection oven. So excited to have these in my recipe box!

These were super easy and quick to make and they are sooooooo good! Very rich!! I made a double batch using brown sugar, flattened the dough on the cookie sheet with a fork and sprinkled white sugar on top. Baked for 12 minutes and left on the cookie sheet til cool. Will definitely make again!!

I've used this recipe for years and have always enjoyed it! Easy and quick. (However, I thought my friend made it up...oh well.) I press the cookie mix into a small casserole pan and bake for about 20 minutes. After I take it out of the oven, I pour a bag of (milk chocolate) chips over the top and spread. When cool I cut into bars. Yum!

I loved this recipe! I changed it a little bit. Instead of 1 cup of reg. sugar, I did 1/2 cup granulated, and 1/2 cup brown. I also added a teaspoon of Vanilla and used chuncky peanut butter. They were AWESOME! The recipe does make exactly 12 cookies.

Absolutely delicious, what a great idea!!! As of other's suggestions, I added a bit of salt, baking soda and vanilla extract and baked them for 11 minutes instead of 8. They turned out perfect!!! Thank you for sharing this great recipe, it certainly is a winner!

Pretty good! I added a little flour and vanilla and used 1/2 crunchy and 1/2 natural creamy (just nuts, no added ingredients) and they turned out well! Just after they came out of the oven the kids popped chocolate chips into them like smiley faces for fun.
