Ive never written a review before but these cookies were fantastic!! My dad told me, "I usually don't like peanut butter cookies, but these were incredible!" I made the recipe exactly as it said and they turned out perfect. I did cook them a bit longer then the recipe said, but be really careful not to leave them in too long and take them out while they are still very soft. That way when they cool they are still a bit soft.

These were great and really EASY! I substituted 1 cup brown sugar for the white and also added some instant quaker oats too the mix. They were DELICIOUS and as said very easy. I will make this a regular recipe. GREAT! UPDATE: I just made these again and i substituted 1/2 the sugar for splenda. Also, I added some chocolate ovaltine powder to it and it was good.

These are a really quick and easy peanut butter treat. They are pretty heavy on PB flavor like others have said and do go great with a glass of milk. I have made these by this recipe and also used Spenda in place of the sugar. This time I thought I would make them a little extra special by adding a chocolate star to each. I did not flatten them and baked them about 6 minutes, I took them out and pushed a chocolate star into the top of each and put them back in the oven for 2 minutes. I had the chocolate from Christmas baking to use up and it made a really good and fast version of the popular chocolate star cookie. The chocolate also helped to break up the sort of heavy PB flavor these cookies have. Really yummy!

I have been using this recipe for years! I love it! I do adapt it a bit with a TBSP of flour and increase peanut butter by 1/2 cup. They do need to be cooked longer in my oven as well. Can't beat them for ease of preparation! Last time I made them I flattened too much and the cookies were hard, so heads up!

Easy basic recipe for kids, great as a base recipe to alter and make it your own. I replace 1/2 of sugar with brown sugar. These cookies stay moist for days, if they last that long!

Really good- I bake them for about 10-12 minutes since I like them crunchy. Sometimes I add chocolate chips or hersheys kisses on top.

I read some of the suggestions and followed them, but added a fun twist. I added a pinch of baking powder (no baking soda on hand), a splash of vanilla extract, and on a whim threw in a package of apple cinnamon oatmeal. When I added the oatmeal it looked too dry so I beat and egg and added half. Mine took 10-11 minutes to cook but they were great! Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Thanks!

Yummy! I flatten with fork and sprinkle with sugar, cook them at 375 degrees about 11 minutes. Let them cool completely before placing on plate.

You can call this a peanut butter cookie if you want, but what it really is is a Reese's Peanut Butter cup without the really waxy chocolate coating! And it is delicious!

I was looking for an easy cookie with not a lot of ingredients and found this...This is the best "easy cookie" recipe ever! I followed the advice of others and added vanilla and a small amount of baking soda. :)

They were good, I wouldn't say awesome but good! They did fall a part a bit but nothing too major. On the plus side, I have a 2 year boy who LOVES to help cook and this is a good one for him because of the amount of ingredients! I will be making these cookies AGAIN!!! Thank you :-)

So easy, and I don't know why anybody would rate these less than 5. Not only are they gluten free (being without flour and all) but they're extremely tasty. I made my reasonably small and smooshed them really flat with the fork criss-cross pattern. This made them crisper on the outside but still soft on the inside. Wonderful recipe! Did i mention it was easy?!!

I tried this recipe but had no granular sugar so I substituted powdered. I'm not overly pleased with it. While they taste OK and even the texture is OK, they're just not like the PB cookies I really love. I'll give it a good rating on quick and easy though! Maybe my lack of granular sugar is why they didn't turn out as well as the other reviews!

Amazing! I definitely didn't think I could make PB cookies with hardly anything at all. I now have an excuse to use up the four jars of pb taking up space in my cupboard and both the hubby and kids love them!

These cookies were good. The first half of the batch I cooked came out really gooey so the second half of the batch I cooked for 8-10 mins and they came out better. Very easy to make and great for one of those days where you want the taste of a peanut butter cookie fast! This will do it for you!
