I wouldn't rely on these for when I want to bake my other pb cookies, but if you're looking for a quick snack, this is perfect. Also, incredibly handy because who doesn't have those ingredients on hand. Thank you for sharing!

This is the only kind of peanut butter cookie I make now! My only variation is I use 1/2 c. brown sugar and then just under 1/2 c. white sugar and a dash of vanilla and salt. yummy.

FINALLY a peanut butter cookie recipe that I'll eat and ENJOY!! Peanut butter is probably my favorite food but until today, I never much liked PB cookies because of their dry, crunchy texture that left you gasping for milk. This recipe was PERFECT and SOOOO easy!! I felt like a snack today so I halved the recipe-- used 1/2 cup sugar and PB and used only the egg WHITE from an egg (cut out some extra fat and cholesterol). I rolled the dough into balls and then smooshed them with a fork in the classic criss-cross pattern, baked them for 11 minutes at 350 and let them cool on the sheet for like 3-5 minutes (more like three because I couldn't wait to try them). The half batch made 9 decent-sized cookies-- perfect for two people. I'll only use this recipe from now on... it was moist, peanutbuttery and QUICK! THANK YOU!!

I used Crunchy peanut butter, gave it great crunch! Was a grainy texture, perhaps I should let dough sit for a bit on the counter or in the fridge before baking. I would also like some dark chocolate drizzled over the top, would give it a needed creamyness. Overall, good cookies, and so incredibly easy!

These cookies were very good. I cooked mine for 12 minutes and they came out very soft and moist. It's amazing how they have an actual cookie texture, even though there is no flour.

My peanut butter-loving hubby loved these. You definitely taste only peanuts! Admittedly, it is a tad grainy from the sugar, but you really don't notice. He said he likes this one better than our usual favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. I'm glad because this one is easier and I always have the ingredients on hand. Can't tell you how well they keep because they never last. I sorta like our other recipe better, but I'm not a peanut butter fan.

i give this recipe 5 stars. very easy to make and is the best peanut butter cookie i ever had. i doubled the recipe and got 36 cookies. i also added 2 tsp vanilla. i don't think it made a difference. the cookies are paper thin since there's no flour in them. this si the first PB cookie i made that didn't burn or turn crunchy. if you want a soft cookie, this is for you.

They are sooo easy! I love the way they perfectly satisfy a peanut butter craving, or a "snacky" mood. I set my little sister up with making them, as she is just learning how to bake, and she loved them, too. I made them with Splenda instead of suger (they tasted just as good, I think, but came out REALLY crumbly). Thank you for the recipe!

These are pretty good for what they are. I grew up making this recipe at Christmas. I don't rember the amount of sugar in the original but I think it was 1/2 cup. We used to roll the dough into balls, coat them with sugar and when they come out of the oven place a Hershey's Kiss in the middle, a real treat.

I made these just to try the dough. Without baking, the dough is a little dry but once baked they're pretty good. :)

This recipe also works well with a cookie press. If you press them, and want to add chocolate you can melt chips and drizzle them over the top.

These are quite easy and very rich! I did as another reviewer suggested by adding 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate morsels (mini size). I also did the crisscross pattern with a fork and they held the shape well. Since they're so rich, you don't need to eat many before your peanut butter craving is satisfied, which is a good thing. They're very high in fat.

I was surprised at how delicious these cookies were. The best thing is how easy they were! Just mix 3 ingredients together, how easy is that!?! Very good taste. I did, however, when I dropped the dough onto the cookie sheet, I took a fork and made a criss cross pattern. This gave them the peanut butter cookie look. Very yummy!

You can't get easier than this and the taste is unreal. You couldn't get more peanut butter taste if you ate it straight from the jar! I love how it is gooey in the middle. They are perfect! Thanks!

These were incredibly YUMMY! I used 3/4c (vs. 1 c) sugar and they were perfect. I also added 1 tsp. vanilla. I put mine in a 350 oven for roughly 13 minutes, just until the bottoms were solidified but had no color. Ridiculously fast to make! Visually, they aren't the most impressive, so next time I'll make a pattern on top.

this recipe is perfect for someone with celiac's disease! i made these for a friend at work, and everyone else devoured them. my friend appreciated my thoughtfulness (everyone else just appreciated the cookies), as her food choices are severely limited now. but these are definitely a keeper!
