Tasted great. We prepared it on the grill around 300 degrees and it took almost an hour, but it was worth it.

This was fantastic! I added a dash of cayenne powder, and added some sliced jalapenos to the mix.

Made these potatoes in the microwave since I didn't want to grill. I cooked them covered on high for 15 minutes and they were perfect!

These were fantastic! I must say that I have tried multiple recipes for potatoes on the bbq, but all of my other have resulted in the potatoes being very dry. But, this version was terrific. They turned out moist, perfectly cooked, and perfectly seasoned.

I baked it in the oven 350 degrees for 35 minutes and then another 5 with the cheese and bacon. The potatoes weren't done, so it wasn't that good. It was time to eat, so I didn't have time to cook it more. I felt bad eating it because of the fat and calories. Next time I would cook it more, not include the bacon and decrease the cheddar/mozarrella cheese.

its a really good recipe. i did change a little bit tho.. basically, i microwave potato for 3 mintues first, then added those ingredients as mentioned, then grilled around 15 minutes with high heat, then put into cheese and bacon and servied with dried parsley, since i don't have chives... it tasted so good!!!!!!!!! and quick!!
