These were terrific! Made these alongside grilled chicken and they were a hit with our company. The only change I made was to add some garlic. Thank you for the recipe! I make foil potatoes frequently but never thought to add cheese.

After making a few alterations to this recipe, including adding Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning, to fit what I needed and had on hand, these were a major hit at the dinner I took them to.

DELICIOUS!! I doubled the recipe and made 2 packets. I used a mixed blend of cheese... Mexican Fiesta. Cooking time was a little longer than directions say. Will definitely make these again.. hubby doesn't like parmesean cheese, BUT he didn't even know it was in the recipe! :-) Thank you for a great recipe, it's definitely a KEEPER!

My boyfriend loves grilled potatoes and he loved this recipe! I didn't add any onions, since both of us can't stand them, and I just tossed some real bacon bits on top instead of cooking up my own bacon. Plus we added some extra cheese, but we pretty much add extra cheese to everything! :)

These were good! My grill was full of chicken, so I layered these in a pan and baked them, covered, at 350...removed the foil and baked another 20 or so (we like the cheese really brown). My family gave these the "thumbs up" for making again. Thanks for posting!!!

Absolutely wonderful!! I made this for a camping trip and our friends LOVED these. I will make these for every camping trip!! Something about the parmesan cheese really makes it great!!

These potatoes are great!! Everytime I have made them, they have always been a huge hit! I don't exactly follow the measurements...I just add the cheese, onions, garlic, salt and pepper to my liking, either way they are very tasty!!
