DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Transfer to a double thickness of greased heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Dot with butter. Fold foil around potato mixture and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning once.
Carefully open foil. Sprinkle bacon and mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over potato mixture. Grill 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Didn't have any bacon so I couldn't use it, and I also added a bit of minced garlic. These were amazing!!! Oh, I also added a few crumbles of blue cheese to the mix! GREAT potato recipe for the grill! Thanks!

These were good and added a new twist to grilled potatoes. I used 6 small red potatoes in place of the 3 large potatoes. I also think that next time I will omit the onion when cooking and when I add the cheese and bacon I will put chopped green onion on as well. Green onion, bacon and cheese is the ultimate combination!!

Very simple to do. Didn't have green onion. Substutued yellow onion. Would try to layer cheese and potato next time. Will do again when grilling out. Great to make ahead of time to take camping or grill out.

These tasted so good. But with bacon and cheese how could they not. Quick and easy. I made them as printed and they were eaten very quickly.

These potatoes are great!! Everytime I have made them, they have always been a huge hit! I don't exactly follow the measurements...I just add the cheese, onions, garlic, salt and pepper to my liking, either way they are very tasty!!
