I have my own manicotti recipe but I decided I wanted to try a new one. I was making dinner for my husband and I so I actually halved this recipe. It turned out really good! The seasonings were perfect. I would definitely make it again.

Delicious! My husband thanked me three or four times during the meal. Nobody spoke, everyone ate.

I have cooked this dish several times! Everyone in my family loves them, and its all my finacee wants me to make. ALso, I cooked them for our engagment party that was over 70 people and everyone raved about this dish!!!
