My family had never had this and I was really wanting some Manicotti, so looked up the recipe and decided this had to be the easiest one to make, although I did add some Provalone cheese and a pack of frozen, rinsed, and squezzed dried Spinach. I also add the remaining Parmesan cheese I had left to the top. I was GREAT!! Although a lil much for 3 people but it didn't go to waste! Planes for the next batch is to add some diced Jalapeno peppres.

This is the best recipe I've found for manicotti so far. It was a hit with my family. However, something in the ingredients made it slightly bitter tasting. I do recommend using marinara sauce instead of spaghetti. Also, try using a sandwich bag with a corner cut to insert the cheese mixture into the shells as somebody had suggested before. Overall, it's a terrific recipe.

Very good recipe! Even my carnivore husband exclaimed, "This is good! I almost forgot there was no meat in it." Huge compliment from him - haha. I scaled the recipe to 5 servings but somehow had lots of leftover filling. And I'd like to try to prepare it without cooking the manicotti first b/c they tend to split when you fill them. I've seen that option in other recipes. Hope to recreate this recipe in that manner in the future. Thanks!

This was a good recipe, but it lacked something. It needed more spices, garlic, salt, or something. I'll keep tweaking it to fit my taste.

I added a can of tomatos to the sauce. Other than that, it is perfect just the way it is! My new favorite.

My wife and I fixed this dish tonight based on her recommendation. And... I must say... It was wonderful. The ingredients for the stuffing all mixed very well to make for an incredibly tasty and VERY easy to make dinner. We used McCormick's spices, Wal Mart brand cheeses, and Ragu sauce, and even with cheap ingredients the dish was delicious. Tender, tasty, and simple. Highly recommended.

This was a good base manicotti recipe. I did think it needed a bit more flavor so I added some garlic and spinach. It was very tasty and I'll be making it again soon.

I've never made manicotti before and this recipe was very simple. I halved it since there were only 2 people eating it. Also, this dish was great on the second day, possibly even better than straight out of the oven so I would recommend making the full recipe and eating it for 2 days (then again, I love left over pizza)

This is really easy and really good. I halved the recipe as I was only making it for my husband and myself, and it worked out beautifully. I doubt I'll ever make another cheese manicotti recipe since this is so easy.
