OH MY! This was a great recipe! IT was Gone in minutes! I did change it up a bit. I had leftover turkey, so I used it instead. I used elbow noodles and obmited the green pepers (we don't like them). I also didn't cook the noodles, I added 3/4 c. chicken broth to the mixture and cooked it 1hr 15 mins while stiring in the middle of the cook time. I also added some garlic power and som italian seasoning. It turned out GREAT! This is a keeper!

Great family recipe! My family loved it. I added 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and no extra mushrooms. We all liked it because it was not too heavy and rich as some casseroles can be!

I really liked this recipe, it wasn't just another chicken cassarole. I followed the suggestions of others and used 2 cans of soup and some crushed garlic. It was a great winter time comfort food. I have already passed the recipe on to my mom for her to try! I know I'll use this one again!

this was great. I did double the cream of chicken soup, and also put in a can of cream of mushroom soup.

Pretty good! I followed the recipe exactly as is, next time I would probably use ricotta as opposed to the cottage cheese, I just think it melts better. Made a ton, And reheated well.

This is yummy, but more yummy with garlic! I tasted it an realised it need something extra. I decided to add garlic and it gives it a great flavor punch.

I'm not sure how I can rate this, since I made numerous changes to the base recipe. Instead of using a can of soup, I made a bechamel sauce, and then stirred the cheeses into it. I added more spices, such as pepper, garlic, and a pinch of thyme, and I used red roasted peppers instead of green. The dish came out very well; even the hard-to-please child here liked it.

Based on other reviews, I added an extra can of soup. I also added in about a cup of peas to brighten it up a bit more, and added 1/2 t of Penzey's Basil Seasoning, which added some extra flavor. I mixed the parm in with the breadcrumbs for the top. It's a heavy dish and it did come out creamy and cheezy. I might make it again some day.

I really liked this. I almost doubled the recipe. I used elbow noodles but not the full amount. I think that may be why some were claiming it was dry(too much pasta). In my double recipe I used 1 can of cream of chicken and mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken soup. I also added a half a can of condensed cheddar cheese soup. I only used the single amount of cheddar and ricotta. I sprinkled the chicken on top instead of mixing it in and then covered it with the cheddar cheese and did not use bread crumbs. I really enjoyed it and we thought it would be good with some spice mixed into the sauce. Oh and I seasoned the chicken and the vegetables and then the sauce with salt, pepper and garlic powder that was not in the recipe.
