Made this the past weekend for a dinner party--received great reviews and the trifle dish was licked clean.

This recipe is fantastic! I omitted the angel food cake and the almonds as I didn't have them on hand - but the balance of the other ingredients was perfect. My family loved this dessert and I'm sure it will be a regular from now on. Nice healthier alternative to other desserts.

Made this for a dinner over at a friends house and it turned out great! Everyone really enjoyed it. I ended up using two bags of thawed frozen mixed berries and it still turned out terrific.

This was AMAZING!! I made it for my boyfriends family bbq and by the end of the day, they were asking him when he was going to propose. I used vanilla yogurt instead of lemon so it wasn't too overwhelmingly lemon and it was perfect! I also sliced strawberries and made a really pretty design on top instead of using almonds. This was light and refreshing and BEAUTIFUL. They all kept saying it must have taken hours, when really it took about 20 minutes. Make sure you make it the night before though and let it chill overnight. It lets the flavors really mingle and was SO good!

My 14 yr old son made this for a "Men's Dessert Contest" at church. He didn't win (cheaters :P) but the bowl was empty faster than any other dessert! Easy, great tasting, light and refreshing. We used a frozen berry medley and enjoyed the juicier quality from the fruit once it chilled overnight. Thanks!

This was so yummy! I put in about half the amount of lemon juice, and it came out perfect. I made it for a baby shower and everyone just loved it!

This recipe was my first trifle, and it was simple and delicious! It made for a great display because of the colors from the fruit. The heaviness of the evaporated milk was a bit too much for me, but everyone else loved it.

the custard is too thick. I used plain yogurt with abit of maple syrup. Also lemon cake.

I made this for my Mom's birthday and it was a big hit. It's very easy to make and is a nice light dessert. My brother's complained that it was too lemony, but the rest of us thought it was perfect. Will definitely keep this in the rotation for desserts.

This was really easy to make and super delicious. I had to use frozen blueberries and raspberries and it was still really good. I used half lemon yogurt and half vanilla yogurt.

Delicious! I made it for a work meeting and everyone loved it! The only adjustment I made was that I used half Yoplait Very Vanilla yogurt and half Yoplait Lemon Cream Pie yogurt. Thanks for a great recipe!

Wonderful summer dessert! So light and tasty. Only change I made was I did not use the almonds since some people I know don't want nuts in their treats. Very easy to make. I thought the strength of the lemon was perfect. People at my work loved it and asked for the recipe. Thank you!

I made this for my daughter's graduation party. It was a little too lemony for my taste as well as tasting sort of "fake lemon", so next time I'll use vanilla yogurt and cut back on the lemon juice. Otherwise, people loved it and I will definitely make it again.

This was easy and well received at my recent 4th of July party. I would recommend more (double) fruit than the recipe calls for, but that is an issue of personal taste, I don't think I will use the slivered almonds on the next batch.
