If it wasn't for the paprika, and an overabundant amount of it at that, this recipe is a classic, authentic Thousand Island Dressing that rivals those in the finest restaurants. All the right ingredients are here, right down to the chopped hard boiled eggs and chopped vegetables. Unfortunately the recipe fell from perfection with the unnecessary and excessive amount of paprika, which affected both the color and taste.
