"I love a rich dressing that works with anything from sauce for fish, corned beef for reubens, on salads, and with only small alterations for each. For fish, add a little more relish or horseradish. My family is old-school picky, and I finally figured out how to please them all."
Hmm. None of these ingredients are on sale today.

sweet pickle relish
hard-boiled egg, chopped
fresh lemon juice, or more to taste
ground black pepper
One word, SUPURB!!! Omitted The egg tho. This will be the only way I'll make it from now on!
A great versatile dressing.
Great zesty and tasty recipe. I used it for my Reuben sandwiches. I just omitted the egg. Add the egg if used as a salad dressing. If you don't have chili sauce, substitute ketchup instead. And use dill pickle relish, so it won't be too sweet.
Was perfect! Thank you.
