Delicious! I made this last night, at the request of my mother. As she and other reviewers have said, it wasn't sweet enough. However, I thought it was perfect! This is perfect for those who prefer a light chocolate flavor, not an overbearing strong taste.

Mmmm..even my fat conscious brother ate it, it was just irresistable! It dissapeared in a wholesome of 2 days!I am sure to make this pudding for Christmas, I believe garnishing it makes it look more irresistable than well, it looks without any decoration/candy. Lovely recipe. Thanks for it! :)

This pudding tasted pretty good, but it was the texture was rubbery. I only cooked for two minutes after the initial three, but it was already overcooked. I would definitely add more cocoa next time and do it over the stove to avoid the nasty texture due to overcooking. I disagree with other reviews that claim more sugar is needed. I thought it was plenty sweet--then again, I prefer dark chocolate to milk.

Delicious! I made it as the filling for a chocolate pie (just pour it into a baked pie crust) but it would be excellent just as pudding. Better than buying a packaged mix for sure.

I just made this recipe for my preschoolers and myself. All the boxed puddings have artificial dyes in them so thought this would be nice to try. Turned out really well and was SUPER EASY. I mixed in a handful of chocolate chips at the end to make it a little more chocolate-y. Would like to say that it doesn't make a mess but judging by the chocolate all over my preschoolers, the table, the floor, etc it looks like they enjoyed it as much as I did! Will make this recipe again.

This was great! I added a little bit of extra cocoa powder, and it was perfect. The only problem; I hardly got any! My friends ate most of it before I could. I will definately make this again. Very quick, easy, and tastey!

Mmm Mmm good! This recipe rocks! My husband now requests it at least twice a week. I add just a sprinkling of cinnamon to give it a little bit of a Mexican chocolate taste. Yummy!

This was ok. I have another recipe that I found on here that is much better. It definitely is easy but it seems to be missing something. The other recipe that I have calls for adding a tablespoon of butter at the end after it comes off of the heat. I may try it again and also add a half cup of sugar as 1/3 was not sweet enough for me. Also, the texture was not perfectly smooth as the other recipe I have. Overall, it was good.

This recipe is yummy as is and doesn't need any changes. I just added fresh whipped cream on top and served it as dessert. Everyone loved it and could tell it wasn't JELLO. Just put cellophane wrap touching the top of the pudding before you put it in the fridge, that way it won't develop a "skin".

i love chcolate pudding, and thats why i love this recipe. for every batch of pudding i make, i use some dark chocolate unsweetend powder. and some times i even add a little bit of semi-sweet chocolate. this gives the pudding a more chocolate taste!

This is a really good recipe, simple and with a nice chocolate flavor, not too sweet. It comes out REALLY thick, so next time I might reduce the starch just a little. Didn't use the vanilla and didn't miss it at all.

this is great I agree that a little less cornstarch could be used and I added a little more cocoa than it calls for but we really enjoyed it

I really loved this pudding...However, after reading the reviews of other members I changed this: instead of the 1/3 cup cocoa, I put one square of semi-sweet bakers chocolate and 3 tbsp. cocoa. Worked out perfectly! Yummy!

Yummy! 10 out of 5 stars! Supper good, I love choc moose, but we never have cream, this is sort of simular, it is lovely! I didn't have cornstarch so I used cornflour, and once I didn't have cornflour and used flour which worked well too!
