These tasted really good...but for some reason mine flattened WAY out...the fork marks disappeared and they were just really thin. The taste was phenomenal...the consistency not so much. I followed the recipe exactly, so i'm not sure what happened.

These are Fantastic... I did cook them for only 9 Min. and I am glad I did this was just the right amount of time. I did make some plain and made a couple batches with chopped up reeses beanut putter cups and carmel - and Oh my goodness... were those good too This recipe is a keeper for sure

Very nice. Easy, and soft and chewy cookies--my favorite kind. I have a Costco sized jar of peanut butter, so I used my scale to weigh out 18 oz. I put in a tad bit more, but I figured it didn't matter. If I had chunky pb open, I'd have used that instead of adding peanuts, but since what I had was smooth, I did add the peanuts. I like the crunch they make and I like how it looks with the cookies. The dough is pretty sticky so I, too, dipped a fork in sugar to get the hatchmarks--on a few, if I didn't, they stuck to the fork. Thanks for the recipe!

I am baking challenged but these were so easy I pulled this off! I loved the fact I could put the dough in the frig and come back when I was ready to bake. Someone suggested making two logs, so I wrapped them in waxed paper, put one in the frig to bake in the morning and the other in the freezer (in freezer bag)for another day. It made a very nice looking cookie with a very nice flavor. I have a convection oven and used the suggested temp and time - though I did keep an eye on them at the end. Thank you, I'll make these again because they are so good and easy to handle!

This is, by far, the very best peanut butter cookie recipe in the world! I have been making it for a few years now and I always get requests for the recipe. Sometimes I toss in a few chocolate chips and mmmm mmm! Thanks for sharing this recipe, Kevin!

OMG these are fantastic! Fresh out of the oven they are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I would agree it is better to under cook than to overcook these. A definite keeper. Thanks!

These peanut butter cookies are awesome! I doubled the batch to pass them out to people and in doing so I used 1 jar of creamy organic peanut butter and 1 jar of crunchy organic peanut butter then ommited the peanuts. There is just enough 'crunch' with using the crunchy pb, that there is no need to use extra nuts. I would definitely stop searching for a Peanut butter cookie recipe and use this one!!

I have been looking for a great peanut butter cookie and now I have found it. I used crunchy peanut butter like so many others. I did make my own brown sugar with black strap molasses b/c IMHO the domino brand on the east coast has a weak flavor and is very dry not a moist brown sugar like C&H. Anyways this now my go to recipe.

I used all brown sugar to make them softer. Great flavor. Not too sweet.

These were very peanut-buttery, but not very chewy. I followed the recipe exactly, but they came out very crumbly and a little dry. Next time I'll try using shortening instead of butter. My husband and rest of the family seemed to enjoy them-they weren't around for long!

I used a 15 ounce jar of Skippy Natural (Creamy) and found that they were the best peanut butter cookies I have ever had. I would recommend this to anyone who has a love affair with peanut butter!

These are amazing! The first time I made them they turned out very thin, although quite tasty. The second time I made them I found the part of the recipe that said to refrigerate the dough for hours. Well, duh. They turned out perfect that time! Highly recommend.

I loved these chewy cookies. I was so worried that they weren't cooked all the way that I ended up overcooking the first batch. Be sure to take them out when they still look wet, they will harden some while cooling.

This is by far the best PB cookie recipe I have found. Always moist and soft. They usually don't last 24 hours with my family, even though I have found they taste even better the next day. You may want to sneak some in a secret place just for yourself. I also really like that you can make the dough and freeze it to bake later. I have left it in the freezer for over a week and they still turned out perfect. I did thaw before baking. Thanks for the recipe!!!!
