INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1/3 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a non-porous glass dish or bowl, combine the salad dressing, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame seeds, ginger and garlic. Mix all together. Add favorite meat and marinate, covered and refrigerated, for at least 2 hours.
