I wasn't crazy about the taste - there was a sweetness to it that didn't seem right. Some poeple might like the taste, which wasn't bad, it just wasn't "burgery".

This burger is delicious! Juicy, flavorful, the way a grilled burger should be. I will absolutely be making these again.

It was average. Use a whole egg....have you ever tried to measure out a spoonful of egg...it doesn't work too well lol.

I don't know if this is the "perfect" hamburger, but it's pretty good. The combination of chili sauce and horseradish reminded me of cocktail sauce at first, but I gave it a shot. I never heard of using a tablespoon of egg, so I used a whole egg and just added 1/2 cup of bread crumbs. These were moist and juicy - just what a grilled burger should be....

I was a little skeptical about the horseradish, but you can't taste it at all! Also, it's amazing how juicy my burger was. I bought meat that had only 8% fat and they turned out really great!

The perfect hamburger?.....YES! This is honestly the BEST hamburger I have ever eaten. I used siracha chili sauce because that was all I had, but it worked because there is garlic in it which added another dimension of flavor. I followed the recipe exactly. Juicy, flavorful all around good burger. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for sharing. I have been looking for years for the perfect burger.
