3/4 fluid ounce pear brandy
5 fluid ounces Champagne or other sparkling white wine
1 tablespoon whole-berry blackberry preserves
A different take on the classic Champagne cocktail, which I still prefer. This is more like a modified French 75.
My only suggestion is to make sure all the ingredients are ice cold!!! Yummy!!!!
