I used this recipe to make my first ever meatloaf. It was a total success. I didn't have steak sauce exactly, so I used some barbecue sauce with some Worcestershire sauce. My pan was a dual layer pan with small holes in the top pan to drain some of the fat from the meat. Awesome. I wonder what ground up tortilla chips would be in the mix instead of breadcrumbs???

I wanted a easy, regular meatloaf and this recipe hit the spot. It was great and very moist. It was really better the next day for leftover.

I did not care much for this meatloaf. I followed the recipe exactly, but wasn't pleased with how it tasted. I have an old family recipe that I usually use and wanted to try a different version. I will definitely be going back to my old standby. I'm not saying it was awful, just not what I was hoping for.

Pretty good recipe.....I made it with a mix of ground pork and venison, and it turned out very good. Gave some to my dad, he really liked it alot. I put alot more sauce on top because I like my meatloaf with lots of sauce. Overall, pretty darn good. :)

This was a really good meatloaf. I sauted my onions and a red bell pepper before adding them. I also added about 1/2 tsp garlic powder. When there was 20 minutes left to cook, I put a few tablespoons of Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce on the top. This added a really nice taste, without overpowering the taste of the meatloaf. My husband and very picky teenager liked this as much as I did!

Really good, moist yet firm enough to make great sandwiches! I didn't know what soft bread crumbs were, so I chopped up tasty bread. I also let it rest before slicing. One of the best meatloafs we have enjoyed!

Meatloaf has always been my nemesis, either too wet, too dry, or just lacked flavor. This worked out very well. It was comparable to the meatloaf mom always made. I added some carrot to the mix, as well as a bouillon cube to the mix for a little flavor boost. Will defiantly be my meatloaf recipe of choice

I liked this meat loaf. I did make a small change, I used the 3 tablespoons of the steak sauce in the mixture but i used ketchup for the top. It was so yummy that the kids were fighting over the last slice.

I thought the meatloaf could have used a little more flavor. I might try adding mushrooms, more green pepper, and maybe onion soup mix. I also thought the idea of adding bacon to the top sounded great. I will add this to the top of my meatloaf recipies.

Great recipe! Though my husband was not at first thrilled at the prospect of having a meatloaf dinner, he came around right quick! We'll be making this dish again for sure! I prepared the recipe as is with one substitution - instead of steak sauce, I used a Hickory BBQ sauce instead. Super yummy!

I wanted to try something different. Hubby liked it OK, but was not thrilled. I just did not care for this at all. I make mine with italian bread crumbs, sauted bell pepper and onion, italian stewed tomatoes and little tomato sauce. I also put a little tomato sauce mixed with some brown sugar on the top. (yummy) I will not be making with again. I will just stick with my recipe. Thanks for the recipe. It is always fun to try something.
