This recipie is just as easy as making regular mashed potatoes. Everyone in my house loved these mashed potatoes completely. Even my mother in law who hates mashed really liked these ones.

I'm glad I read the reviews before making this recipe: I assumed the author meant 10 lbs. of potatoes instead of one. I thought it was yummy, and so much more interesting than plain old mashed potatoes.

definitely need to use more than one pound of potatoes, unless you prefer your mashed potatoes to be mostly dressing. Otherwise, very good and flavorful dish.

This recipie sounds fabulous...just one minor detail - I believe the amount of potatoes called for should be "10 lbs" rather than "1 lb"...or maybe 5 lbs...I'll be trying it with 10 lbs. Thanks, Sallyj
