Hmmmmm...this was easy and good, but not DELICIOUS...however, I have to say I used fresh, shucked clams (soaked them in salted water for an hour to make some "juice") instead of canned. But I imagine that canned clams, in this case, would actually have maybe more flavor?
I added canned mushrooms, a handful of fresh parsley and topped with fresh parm. These were good additions, I think. Served over pasta.
And, as is often the case, it was much better the next day after the pasta soaked up more of the sauce.
