INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup banana liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons coconut rum
  • 2 tablespoons peach schnapps
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. In the container of a blender, combine the banana liqueur, coconut rum, peach schnapps, vanilla ice cream and vanilla extract. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve in coconuts for fun!

This was too strong for my liking. If I make it again, I will halve the banana liqueur and maybe toss in half a frozen banana with the ice cream.
