Most peanut sauce is does not have enough peanut for me, thus this creation. It isn't often friends will eat a sauce with a spoon, but there is never any of this left over.

This easy no-cook peanut sauce has a terrific authentic Thai taste. It is spicy and peanutty, and is perfect as a dipping sauce for chicken, shrimp, and beef... or even to use tossed with warm cooked noodles for a quick pasta dish.

A smooth paste of peanut butter combined with water, soy sauce, brown sugar, cayenne and lemon juice. Pour over warm pasta and serve warm or refrigerate and serve cold.
