This is a Pad Thai recipe I got from a restaurant. The sauce is made with ketchup, fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar, and it's sprinkled liberally with bean sprouts and chopped peanuts.

What a wonderful taste surprise. Ground beef is mixed with lemon grass, chili paste, shallots and peanuts, and then formed into thick patties, and grilled. Just before serving they 're sprinkled with fresh lime juice. Makes four generous servings.
