Thai Peanut Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Stir together peanut butter, garlic, brown sugar, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and lemon juice until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
