Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Transfer to a serving bowl and spoon over seafood of your choosing.
