This was absolutely fantastic!! The sauce was so addictive. I increased the curry to 3 Tablespoons, but it really is a matter of taste. Served with jasmine rice and stir fried peppers.

Great recipe.... As previously discussed the amount of curry paste should be adjusted due to personal taste and brand used. I added one additional teaspoonful. I also decreased the fish sauce slightly. I also added the following ingredients: 1/2 c peas 1/2 c string beans 1/2 c chick peas 1/4 c pine nuts (added at the end to give a little crunch).

great recipe! I doubled the green curry & added more veggies. Served over jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk. Great the next day also!

For me this was just ok. The flavor was alright, but a little mild. Thge consistency, however, was WAY too thick. I don't think we'll be having this again any time soon.

Served this for company and everyone loved it. I accidentally used fish sauce instead of soy before dredging in flour and it tasted fine! Will def make again.

A very tasty curry dish, although it requires more curry than called for to really bring out the flavor.

This recipe has a nice flavor, but I used Thai Kitchen brand green curry paste and it was not anywhere near "spicy" even though I added two-three times the amount of paste called for in the recipe. Next time I am going to try to find Mae Ploy brand which I hope will have real flavor. I think possibly with the right curry paste this recipe could be five stars.

I loved this recipe. Make sure you have all your ingredients ready to use because timing can be tricky but very easy overall. I also added bamboo shoots, baby corn and water chestnuts. Oh man. I'm drooling again.

Very good! We used seitan stir-fry strips instead of chicken, for a vegetarian substitute. Still too much heat after halfing the green curry paste, but green curry is traditionally a spicy dish!

Really good, didnt have green onions, so used a regular one, plus added a sliced red pepper and some mushrooms I had on hand. May use slightly less curry paste next time (I didnt measure carefully - verrry hot!) All in all, a keeper. Dont forget the white rice!

Amazing curry dish!! Definitely restaurant quality. We took the advice of several people and served this with jasmine rice and increased the amount of green curry paste (to about 1 1/2 tbs). This made it about the same level as a medium spicy dish at most Thai places...perfect for me, but a bit too much for young kids and people who like things more mild. We also added zucchini, squash, and a little bit of red bell pepper.

I just made this recipe for dinner and I must say - it was AWESOME! My hubby and I love asian food and we are really picky but this recipe was so authentic - better than the asian restaurants. I was worried about it being too sweet so I added only 1 tbsp. of sugar and I added green pepper just to add a veggie. I poured it over basmati rice and it was so good!!! Next time we'll add chick peas, tofu and maybe some cashews. Thank you for the recipe! If you love asian food - MAKE THIS RECIPE!!!

With a few tweaks, this turned out a solid 5 star meal. I upped the seasonings until it was how we like them. I added some lime juice and a stem of lemongrass; also used galangal instead of ginger. Very very good. Thanks, Iaus!

I tried this recipe out for the first time with my boyfriend and we loved it. I had brought back some thai green curry paste from thailand and wasn't sure exactly what to do with it, but this dish was perfect.
